Grottenartige Höhle mit einer runden Ausblicköffnung in einer höllische Szenerie. Diese mit Feuerflammen, Teufelsgestalten und ein auf einem Esel hereinreitenden Putto mit Fledermausflügeln. Rechts eine Frau in rotem Rock und weißer Bluse, die in der Schürze einen Goldschatz trägt und einen Säbel triumphierend hochhält. Die Szene angereichert mit Fabeltieren und Mischwesen in der grotesken Auffassung der Malerei seit Bosch bis Teniers. Feiner horizontal nahezu durchlaufender Schwundriss. (11506028) (11)
