Ein großer, langgestreckter Panther dabei eine von zwei fliehenden Gazellen nach einem weiten Sprung zu reißen. Auf quadratischem Bronzesockel.
Der Künstler gehörte ab 1942 der US-Armee an. 1946 organisierte er in Paris eine Ausstellung mit zur Nazizeit gestohlenen Kunstwerken aus französischem Besitz, die von den "Monuments Men" wiederentdeckt und zurückgebracht worden waren. (1181389) (18)
