Die allegorische weibliche Gestalt mit großen Rückenschwingen, einem Blütenkranz im Haar sowie Mohnblüten in der linken Hand. Diese am Boden nach rechts sitzend zwischen zwei schlafenden Kindern. Äußerst qualitätvolle Malerei, kompositionell meisterhaft entwickelt. In der Farbkomposition ist die Farbtrias Rot, Gelb und Blau dem späten Barock-Stil entsprechend in pastellige Farbwerte umgedeutet. Die Mohnblüten symbolisieren das Thema das Schlafes. (1141911) (11)
