Tempera paint on gesso on panel with silver oklad and enamel. The entire surface is filled with a depiction of Christ as Pantocrator, his right hand lifted in a gesture of blessing and holding an opened Evangelist book in his left hand. Very finely crafted icon. With minimal damage.
