Roberto Gaetano Crippa,
1921 Monza – 1972 Mailand
Der Künstler besuchte die Accademia di Brera in Mailand. Zu Beginn seiner künstlerischen Laufbahn zeigen sich die Arbeiten beeinflusst durch Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) und den Kubismus, später fand er seine eigene Bildsprache, die durch Spiralformen bestimmt und vom surrealistischen Automatismus inspiriert ist. Eingeladen durch Lucio Fontana (1899-1968) trat Crippa der Künstlerbewegung „Spazialismo“ bei. Er stellte mehrfach auf der Biennale aus und nahm an der documenta 1 teil.OHNE TITEL Mischtechnik auf Holz.
