Der italienische Künstler Vasco Bendini gehört zu den Vertretern der Informellen Kunst. Seine Ausbildung erhielt er an der Accademia di Belle Arti in seiner Geburtsstadt Bologna bei Giorgio Morandi (1890-1964) und Virgilio Guidi (1891-1984). In Laufe seiner Karriere, die er als informeller Künstler begann, wandte er sich verschiedenen Stilrichtungen, wie der Arte Povera oder der Konzeptkust zu. Ab den 1970er Jahren, in die das vorliegende Werk datiert ist, wandte er sich wieder dem Informel zu. Rahmen minimal besch. (1090624) (12)

Bendini studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in his hometown, Bologna, with Giorgio Morandi and Virgilio Guidi. He set out as an Art Informel artist and, over the course of his career, adopted different artistic styles, such as Arte Povera or Concept Art before returning to Art Informel in the 1970s, the period when the offered lot was created.
