1888 Florence – 1971 Meudon
He was acquainted with Pablo Picasso (1881 – 1973) and Fernand Léger (1881 – 1955) and friends with Guillaume Apollinaire (1880 – 1918), and Hans Arp (1886 – 1966). He exhibited at the documenta in Kassel and the Biennale in Venice.
