Mit Figurenstaffage und rechts großer den Berg hochziehender Burganlage. Am linken Bildrand ein kahler Baum als Repoussoir vor dem tiefer liegenden See mit eingefrorenen Fischerbooten. Rechts im Bild Pferdeschlitten mit höfischem Fuhrwerker.

With figure staffage and a large castle complex on a mountain to the right. A leafless tree on the left edge of the picture acts as a repoussoir in front of a lake with ice-bound fishing boats in the background. Horse-drawn sleigh with courtly coachman on the right.
