Schnitzfigur eines geharnischten Fürsten

Weichholz. Verso abgeflacht und gehöhlt. Der Fürst in Rüstung auf mitgeschnitztem Rasensockel stehend. Die behandschuhten Hände halten links einen Schild, rechts ehemals eine Lanze oder Zepter (fehlt). Der Kurhut in der Front als Klappe ausgeführt, möglicherweise zur Einbringung von Reliquien, wobei es sich hier dann um einen geheiligten Fürsten handeln würde. Auf dem Schild ein Adler erkennbar.
Ehemalige Vergoldung und Versilberung, Fassung stark berieben bzw. erneuert. Mit Wurmgängen, die Klappe im Kurhut erneuert. (1061985) (11)

Softwood. Flattened and hollowed on the reverse. Formerly gilt and silvered; polychromy heavily worn and restored. Wormwood damage; the flap in the Kurhut [hat worn by prince-electors of the Holy Roman Empire] replaced.
