Weichholz in Flachrelief mit alter etwas übergangener polychromer Fassung auf späterem Grund montiert. Die Heiligen mit ihren Attributen Kelch, bzw. Muschel und Buch, Nimbus und in flaches Gewand mit Schüsselfalten gehüllt.

Abgabe des Bayerischen Nationalmuseums München (Inventarnummer 1167 und 1168 an das Auktionshaus Weinmüller, München im Jahr 1940.
