In der Fahne breite, überwiegend bräunlich goldene Bordüre mit Darstellung von Schwänen und Kranichen in Flusslandschaft. Außen- und Innenbordüre überwiegend blau und türkis, goldstaffiert mit Gitterwerk und Swastikamotiv, der Innenring im Spiegel gold mit Paradiesvögeln und Wolkenbändern. An der Fahnenunterseite stilisierte Tasche in Beutelform in Blaumalerei. Mit Hängevorrichtung.
