Ein Echtheitszertifikat von Dr. Isabelle Jansen, Gabriele Münter und Johannes Eichner-Stiftung, vom 12. November 2013 liegt in Kopie bei.
Die vor allem für ihre figurativen, expressionistischen Gemälde bekannte Künstlerin aus der Gruppe „Der Blaue Reiter“ ließ sich wohl durch ihren damals bereits ehemaligen Lebensgefährten Wassily Kandinsky zur abstrakten Malerei inspirieren. Die geometrischen Formen arrangiert sie hierbei in großer Ausgewogenheit auf der Bildfläche und bedient sich einer harmonischen Farbpalette. Dennoch bleibt sie auch in ihren abstrakten Werken einer malerischen Herangehensweise treu, die in der belebten Struktur der Farbflächen deutlich wird. Auf diese Weise gelangt sie zu einer eigenständigen Interpretation abstrakter Malerei, in der das auch auf ihren figurativen Gemälden anzutreffende spielerische Moment bestimmend wird.
