Paar Bronzefiguren
KNABE MIT HÜNDCHEN sowie MÄDCHEN MIT KATZE Gesamthöhe: je 32 cm.
Sockelseitenlänge: 14 cm.
Zweite Hälfte 19. Jahrhundert.
Die beiden Bronzefiguren zusammengehörig. Die Kinderstatuen jeweils auf mitgegossener Rund-plinthe, in leicht gebogter Haltung, wobei der Knabe ein junges Hündchen im Arm hält und zur Mutter des Hündchens herabblickt, die in ihn an einem Kleidzipfel festzuhalten sucht. Das Gegenstück zeigt ein Mädchen mit hochgenommenem Kleid, mit dem sie junge Küken in einem Nest beschützt, während eine Katze auf der Schulter des Mädchens danach lauert. Die beiden Figuren mit schöner, dunkler Patina. Einheitlich auf quadratische Ebenholzsockel montiert, mit umziehenden, vergoldeten Profilen und Zungenblattfries. (1012401) (11)
