Die antik-mythologische Szenerie in einen klassizi-stischen Herrschaftsraum versetzt. Thronbaldachin, Karyatidenpilaster, Rundbogen und rotes Velum oberhalb der zentralen Venusfigur, die auf einem Löwenhocker sitzt und sich von ihren Gespielinnen bedienen lässt. Rechts davor der geflügelte Armorknabe. Links ein junges Mädchen, das einen Spiegel hält. Klassizistische, aber in der Weichheit der Formen noch dem ausgehenden 18. Jahrhundert verpflichtete Malerei.
