Provenienz:
Spanischer Adelsbesitzer im 17. Jahrhundert.
Die Gemälde wurden in der Familientradition der Vorbesitzer als spanische Arbeiten des 17. Jahrhunderts angesehen während Chantal Mauduit den lombardischen Stilllebenmaler des Monogramms „FGB“ als Urheber der Bilder erkennt.

Both oil on canvas.
114 x 160 cm.

These large scale still lives are highly decorative and still in their original frames. They have been finished as counterparts.

Provenance:
17th century, Spanish aristocracy. According to family tradition of the previous owners, the paintings were regarded as 17th century Spanish works, whereas Chantal Maudit identifies the Lombardic still life painter with the monogram “FGB” as the creator of the paintings.
