Bronzeguss mit schöner, dunkler Alterspatina. In den Händen trägt er eine Kugel, die als Tintenfass gearbeitet ist. Auf Holzsockel montiert. Ein nahezu identisches Exemplar in etwa derselben Größe, jedoch mit unterschiedlicher Oberseite des Tintenfasses, befindet sich in der Sammlung des Metropolitan Museums of Art, dort datiert um 1510. Bronze casting with beautiful dark aged patina. An almost identical version, however with differing topside of the ink well is held at the Metropolitan Museums of Art with almost the same dimensions, dated there in 1510.
