In à jour gearbeiteten vergoldeten Bronzesabots stehender fünfschübiger Korpus mit vergoldeten ziselierten Bronzebeschlägen, Blattwerk und Rocaillen zeigend. Den Zügen des Möbels folgende profilierte, rot-weiß geäderte Marmordeckplatte. Die Knie ebenfalls mit vergoldeten Bronzen verziert. Schübe mit Spiegelfurnier gestaltet, in passigen Kartuschen. Rest.
Anmerkung:
Adrien Delorme war Sohn des Pariser Ebenisten François Delorme, Meister vor 1735. Er arbeitete im Atelier seines Vaters und machte sich später in der Rue du Temple einen eigenen hervorragenden Namen als Ebenist und Händler und belieferte die wichtigsten Adelsfamilien von Paris. 1768 wurde Delorme zum „juré“ seiner Zunft gewählt und fertigte bis 1783 eine Vielzahl von Luxusmöbeln, zu denen zwei Encoignuren, Guéridons und Bureau plats, aber auch Kommoden, wie die hier angebotene zählten.
