Jan Fabre ist ein belgischer Maler, Dramatiker und Choreograf. In seinen Zeichnungen, die er aus blauen Schraffuren aus Kugelschreibern herstellte, entwickelte er ein eigenes Formenvokabular, wobei ein grün schillernder Käferpanzer ein wiederkehrendes Bildmotiv war. Seine Werke wurden mehrfach ausgestellt, u.a. auf der Documenta IX in Kassel und 2001 sowie 2007 auf der Biennale in Venedig. (13011710) (1) (18)

Jan Fabre is a Belgian painter, playwright and choreographer. His works have been exhibited several times, including at the documenta IX in Kassel and at the Venice Biennale in 2001 and 2007.
