Eine baugleiche Kommode, jedoch ohne den Unterschub und mit zwei durchgehenden Schüben, in der Sammlung von Maria Callas (Auktion Paris, 14. Juni 1978, Lot 128 mit Abb. im Auktionskatalog).

Anmerkung II:
Ein Bureau plat, was in seinen Bronzeelementen ähnlich mit dem Vorliegenden zu vergleichen ist, wird im Bayerischen Nationalmuseum verwahrt. Ein weiteres Bureau plat befand sich in der Galerie Avelin (abgebildet in Alexandre Pradère, Les Ebénistes Français de Louis XIV à la Révolution, Paris 1989, Tafel 111, Abb. 67 und S. 113, Abb. 71).

A commode with the same design, however, without the lower drawer and with two full-length drawers is held at the Maria Callas collection (Auction Paris, 14 June 1978, lot 128 and ill. in the catalogue).

Notes II:
A bureau plat with similar bronze elements to the one on offer for sale in this lot is held at the Bayerisches Nationalmuseum. Another bureau plat was held at Galerie Avelin (ill. in: A. Pradère, Les Ebénistes Français de Louis XIV à la Révolution, Paris, 1989, table 111, ill. 67 and p. 113, ill. 71).
