In architektonischem Aufbau über leicht trapezförmigem Grund mit Rundbogenabschluss und eingestellter nach rechts zu öffnender Tür. Diese mit Ex-Voto-Malerei ein Ehepaar mit gewickeltem Kind zeigend darüber die Heilige Mutter Gottes das Christuskind präsentierend. Im Hintergrund eine zweitürmige Kirche an einem See. Über der kartuschierten Szene eine vergoldete Akanthusblattschnitzerei, die von Ähren und plastisch wiedergegebenen geweißelten Cherubim überfangen wird. Seiten mit Voluten und Perlaufsatzschnitzereien. Innen mit horizontaler Einteilung, ein Schlüssel vorhanden. (1270301) (13)
