Pietro Aretino (20. April 1492 - 21. Oktober 1556) war ein erfolgreicher italienischer Schriftsteller, dessen erste Gedichte bereits in Perugia, 1512 und 1513 veröffentlicht wurden. Zu seinen wichtigsten Werken zählen jedoch seine Kommödien, welche in den 1530er/ 1540er Jahren entstanden, wie Il Marescalco und Il Filosofo. (1230895) (3) (13)

Pietro Aretino (20 April 1492 - 21 October 1556) was a successful Italian author whose poems were already published in Perugia as early as 1512 and 1513. Among his most important works are his comedies, which were created during the 1530s/ 1540s such as Il Marescalco and Il Filosofo.
