Rückwärtig auf dem Keilrahmen Galerieetikett der Galerie Droet, Paris, mit Nennung des Künstlers sowie handschriftlicher Besitzvermerk.
In starker Aufsicht wiedergegeben eine Tischplatte, auf der ein Strauß Rosen mit weiteren verschiedenen Blüten in einer weißen Kanne steht. Des Weiteren sind eine Schreibtischunterlage mit Schuhöffner und zwei Hefte neben einer roten kleinen Decke zu sehen. Neben der Tischplatte wird der Blick auf einen blau-weißen Teppich in einem mit Holzdielen ausgekleideten Innenraum frei gegeben.
