Großformatiger Bronzeguss nach Modell von Pradier. Das auf einem ovalen, sich rechts erhöhenden Rasensockel stehende Mädchen bändigt einen Schwan, den sie mit der linken Hand umfasst und mit der rechten Hand am Schnabel hält. Die Flügel des Schwans ziehen über den Rücken des Kindes herum. Das Mädchen nackt, mit prominenter Stirnlocke und ausgeprägten Seitenlocken. Das Thema bezieht sich in verniedlichender Weise auf die antike mythologische Legende der Leda mit dem Schwan. Dunkle Patina. (9911213) (11)
