In ungewöhnlich symmetrischer Auffassung des zur Verfügung stehenden Bildraumes stellt der Maler eine barocke Schlossansicht an einem Gewässer dar. Darauf einige bemannte Boote, hinter den Mauern ist eine Parkanlage zu erahnen. Orazio war der Sohn von Jan van Grevenbreock und der Bruder von Alessandro Grevenbroeck, die beide im Jahr 1667 in Rom waren. Der Künstler ist bekannt für seine Serien mit kleinen Gemälden, hauptsächlich für seine fantastischen Veduten.
Bei Aufenthalten in Neapel wurde der Künstler durch Arbeiten der Vedutenmaler Gaspar Butler, Juan und Tommaso Ruiz und Giovanni Garro beeinflusst. (13803113) (13)
