Bronze mit brauner Patina. Jugendlich männliche Halbbüste mit fensterartiger quadratischer Öffnung, die den Einblick ins Herz bietet; Symbol des Asklepios, des griechischen Gottes der Ärztekunst.
Bedeutender polnischer Bildhauer, der seit 1968 in Frankreich sowie ab 1983 in Italien lebte und wirkte. Ab 1963 Akademie der bildenden Künste Krakau. Ausbildung unter Tadeusz Kantor (1915 – 1990), später Studium an der Nationalen Hochschule der schönen Künste in Paris. Seine zum Teil gigantisch großen Skulpturen finden sich heute in Paris, Rom, Lausanne, Mailand, Krakau, London etc. sowie in USA und Japan. (11918724) (2) (18)
