Unter hohem Himmel mit linksseitig hinter einer Anhöhe aufgehendem Sonnenlicht ein Bauer zu Pferde mit seiner Kuh- und Rinderherde, der gerade ein Wegekreuz passiert, das von der Sonne bestrahlt wird. Der Weg führt hinab zu einem Gewässer, in dem bereits erste Kühe und Jungtiere stehen. Stimmungsvolle Wiedergabe mit gekonnter, einfühlsamer Schilderung des Naturschauspiels. (1381354) (18)
