An einem horizontal im Bild liegenden Tisch sitzt eine ältere Dame ihre Sehhilfe auf der Nase haltend. Auf dem Tisch einige Münzen und eine Rechentafel, auf der bereits Notizen angelegt wurden. An der linken unteren Bildecke auch eine Schale mit Münzen und zwei Geldkatzen. Die Darstellung erinnert etwa an zeitgleiche Darstellungen von Gerrit van Honthorst (1590 – 1656) oder Hendrick Bloemaert (1601/02 – 1672). (1460935) (13)
