Beigegeben ein Gutachten von Prof. Dr. Robert Neunteufel, aus dem hervorgeht, dass das ermittelte Alter des Objekts im Einklang mit dem angenommenen Herstellungszeitraum, nämlich 618-907 n. Chr. (Tang-Dynastie) steht.

Terrakotta gefasst. Auf ebonisiertem Holzsockel stehendes Kamel mit aufgerichtetem Haupt, geöffnetem Maul und starrem Blick.

Height: 97 cm.
China, Tang dynasty, 7th century

Accompanied by an report by Professor Dr Robert Neunteufel is enclosed. It shows that the determined age of the object is consistent with the assumed production period, namely 618-907 AD (Tang Dynasty).

Terracotta; cast, polychrome. Camel standing on an ebonized wooden base with head held high, open mouth and staring gaze.
