Die Kanone aus vergoldeter Bronze und mit einer Lupe auf dem runden Marmorsockel einer Sonnenuhr mit Gradeinteilung. Die großen Kanonen wurden im 18. Jahrhundert von europäischen Königshäusern verwendet. Die Kanone war mit einer Zündschnur ausgestattet, die durch eine darüberliegende Linse gezündet wird. Diese bündelt die Sonnenstrahlen und bewirkte, dass die Kanone mittags abgefeuert wurde. (1462006) (18)
