Die angebotene Figur zeigt das bekannte Motiv, welches, von Antonio Canova (1757–1822) ausgeführt, aus der Villa Borghese bekannt ist. Dessen Skulptur wurde 1805–1808 geschaffen und zeigt die Lieblingsschwester Napoleons Pauline Borghese, italienisch Paolina Borghese (1780–1825), in Carrara-Marmor auf einer Récamiere ruhend.
