In anmutigen Tönen lässt Laurencin durch die selten überlappenden, nebeneinander stehenden Farbflächen ein Bild entstehen, welches Anemonen in einer blauen Vase zeigt. Ein Hintergrund ist nur durch die Schatten erahnbar, welche von dem Objekt in den rückwärtigen Bildteil geworfen werden. (†)
