Bedeutender venezianischer Spiegel

Aus lackiertem und teils vergoldetem Holz, verso zwei Befestigungsstreben. Der Spiegel wird von einem wellenförmigen Giebel gekrönt, der mit Voluten und einer Kartusche geschmückt ist; der untere Teil ebenfalls mit zentraler Kartusche und doppeltem Wellenrahmen. Die polychrome Dekoration auf cremefarbenen Hintergrund besteht aus Blumen und Zweigen, in den beiden Katuschen jeweils Figuren „à la Chinoise“. Originales Spiegelglas. (1371642) (13)

Made of lacquered and partially gilded wood, on the verso two mountings. The mirror is crowned by an undulated gable decorated with volutes and a cartouche; the lower part also adorned by a central cartouche and a double undulated framing. The polychrome decoration on cream background consists of flowers and branches, in each of the two cartouches figures “a la Chinoise”. Original mirror glass.
