Im Hintergrund ein Haus an einer Turmruine zwischen Bäumen. Davor rastende Reiter. Links am Bildrand eine Kirche mit ruinösen Gebäuden mit romanischem Campanile. Der mittlere Hintergrund eine Tallandschaft mit Stadtsilhouette in der Ferne. Verso Inventarstempel der Gemäldegalerie der Akademie der Bildenden Künste Wien. Öl auf Eichenholz. Rest. 36 x 48 cm.
