Das Modell 670 nach dem Entwurf von Josef Hoffmann. Buche, Bug- und Sperrholz, mahagonifarben gebeizt, verschraubt, durchbrochen gearbeitete Rechteck- und Quadratornamente, fünffach verstellbare Rückenlehne mit hochrechteckigem durchbrochenem Ornamentband. Messingrohr zur Verstellung der Rückenlehne größtenteils noch brüniert. Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.

Das Modell wurde 1908 auf der Kunstschau präsentiert.
