Beide signiert mit den Initialen „J W“ und „B.S.J.“, eine mit irrtümlicher Datumsergänzung 1642.

Einmal von links, einmal von rechts schiebt sich eine gekantete massive Steinplatte in die Bildfläche und bildet die Basis für die locker in hellen Farben dargestellten Früchte und Blüten. Ein Gemälde zeigt einen Kürbis, Trauben, Kirschen, eine Zucchini, einen Pfirsich und Wicken, das andere, die Farb- und Formkomposition aufs Günstigste spiegelnd, zwei Birnen und Erdbeeren nebst Weintrauben und Kürbis.
Der Künstler war Sohn des Eichstätter Malers Johann Chrysostumus Winck (1725 – 1795). Er wurde durch selten auftretende Gemälde, vor allem Stillleben, bekannt, für die er bereits zu seinen Lebzeiten hohes Lob erhielt. (1191813) (13)
