Vor weiter, bewaldeter Landschaft die Gottesmutter in Dreiviertelansicht in prachtvollem, glänzendem rot-blauen Gewand, den stehenden, nackten Jesusknaben auf ihrem rechten Knie haltend. Dieser wendet sich Johannes dem Täufer zu, der einen Kreuzstab mit Spruchband hält. Rechts von Maria stehen der Heilige Franz von Assisi in brauner Ordenstracht und der Heilige Nikolaus von Myra, dessen Gedenktag der 6. Dezember ist. Er wird gezeigt in Bischofstracht und eine Bibel haltend. Auf dieser liegen drei goldene Kugeln, die zu seinem Attribut gehören: der Legende nach soll Nikolaus, als er noch nicht Bischof war, drei Goldkugeln durch das Fenster eines armen Mannes geworfen haben, damit er seine drei Töchter standesgemäß mit Mitgift verheiraten konnte. Hervorragendes Gemälde des bekannten Renaissance Malers in kräftigen, leuchtenden Farben.
