Der spätgotische, mächtige Giebelbau von der Westseite her gesehen. Dahinter zieht der hohe Turm der Marktkirche hoch. Rechts hinten der gotische Marktbrunnen, der Platz davor mit Figurenstaffage belebt. Links im Bild als Repoussoir ein im Schatten liegendes Gebäude mit einem Vogelbauer. Detailreiche in denkmalpflegerischer Hinsicht höchst wertvolles Dokument der Zeit vor 1800, vergleichbar mit dem Gemälde von Eduard Gärtner, der das Rathaus von Breslau erst im Jahre 1847 gemalt hat.
