An der Rückseite signiert, datiert sowie mit Gießerstempel „Blanchet Fondeur“ mit Auflagenbezeichnung „E. A. 1“ (außerhalb der regelmäßigen Auflage).
Neben monumentalen Plastiken im öffentlichen Raum schuf Vié zahlreiche Bronzebildwerke kleineren Formats in einer Qualität die seinem Rang gemäß noch längst nicht gänzlich gewürdigt wurde.
