Zu dem Blatt ist eine ausführliche Dokumentation beigegeben mit Briefkopf des Dipartimento di Architettura e Pianificazione territoriale, ausgestellt in Bologna am 21.09.2004. Erarbeitet und unterzeichnet mit dem Stempel von Professor Guiliano Gresleri, Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna.

Mit Echtheitsbestätigung.

Dargestellt das turmartige Gebäude mit Erkerkanzel und Kreuz, seitlich Andeutung von Büschen und Sträuchern. Neben der Signatur und Datierung rechts unten in Blei wohl eine Höhenangabe (21 m). In der rechten unteren Ecke blauer Atelierstempel „ATELIER/ LE CORBUSIER/ 35, rue de Sèvres/ Paris-6e-let.99-62“.
Die Zeichnung gibt die Westansicht des Gebäudes wieder für das Le Corbusier 1960 erste Entwürfe schuf.

Set within two frames, the larger external frame with glass.

The drawing’s authenticity is confirmed in a detailed report with letterhead of the Dipartimento di Architettura e Pianificazione territoriale [Department of Architecture and Urban Planning] in Bologna, dated 21 September 2004, which is enclosed with the offered lot. Compiled and signed with a stamp by Professor Guiliano Gresleri, Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna University.

Depiction of a tower-like building with oriel and cross, a hint of bushes and shrubs at the sides. Signed and dated in pencil lower right and inscribed with height information of 21 m. Stamped with blue studio stamp “ATELIER/ LE CORBUSIER/ 35, rue de Sèvres/ Paris-6e-let.99-62” in the lower right corner. The drawing shows the west elevation of the building which Le Corbusier began designing in 1960.
