Paar Silberkannen mit Fischhenkel
Höhere Kaffee- und niedrigere Teekanne, jeweils in klassischer Amphorenform, die Kaffeekanne hochovaloid mit glattem Körper, hochgezogenem, schlangenförmigem Henkel und hochziehender Tülle, die als angesetzter Delfin ausgebildet ist. Die Henkelattaschen als doppelschwänzige Seeschlangen ausgeführt, die ein geschupptes Henkelband halten, mit Ansatz in Form eines hängenden Blattes. Getreppter Deckel über gewölbter Schulter, darauf vollplastisch gegossener Deckelknauf in Form eines maritimen Pferdchens. Der eingezogene Fußring und die Wandung jeweils mit ziselierten Ornamentbändern dekoriert. Mit feinem Blatt- bzw. Gittermotiv. Die beiden Kannen identisch dekoriert. H.: 28 bzw. 22 cm Gewicht: 1065 g bzw. 850 g. Stadtmarken Berlin, 1804/1815. Meistermarken Johann David Härtel (vgl. Scheffler Nr. 12 und 1785). (5618828)
