Barometer/Thermometer der Epoche Louis-Seize. Ovale Rahmung, bekrönt mit einem holzgeschnitzten und vergoldeten Aufsatz, darin Adler mit Blitzbündel über Wolken, umfangen von einem Lorbeerkranz. Seitlich des Ovals angehängte Lorbeerblattkränze, die unten mittig herabgeführt werden. Der Rahmen vergoldet und im Profil grün gefasst. Das Zifferblatt signiert: ´Par Scareno / Cloitrè... honorè / n° 8 á Paris sowie: ´BAROMETER/THERMOMETER SELON RÉAUMUR´ Das Zifferblatt mit Sepia beschriftet, mittig eingelassenes Glas, Thermometer, gebleuter Stahlzeiger und Messingzeiger mit applizierter Sonne. Frontglas erneuert (gebrochen), Rahmen leicht besch. H.: 87 cm. (4404652)
