Der Stil von Bores wurde nach seinem engen Kontakt mit den größten Malern der ersten Avantgarde geschmiedet: Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) und Henri Matisse (1869-1954). Beide hatten Einfluss auf sein Werk und sogar darüber hinaus. Seine Werke werden im Museo de Arte Contemporáneo in Madrid ausgestellt.
