Wien, Galerie Sankt Lucas, 2008 (Ertz/ Nitze-Ertz, 2008-10, Bd. II, Kat. 336 mit Farbtafel, Fotokopie 1).
Circe und Ulysses. Toronto, Art Gallery of Ontario (Ertz/ Nitze-Ertz 2008-2010, Bd. I, Kat. 347 mit Abb.
Das Urteil des Midas. Cambridge, The Fitzwilliam Museum, Inv. Nr. PD 23-1981 (Ertz/ Nitze-Ertz 2008 - 2010, Bd. II, Kat. 375 mit Abb.
Göttermahl am Meer. St. Petersburg, Eremitage, Inv. Nr. 688. (Ertz/ Nitze-Ertz 2008-2010, Band II, Kat. 412 mit Abb.).
Kinderreigen. München, Alte Pinakothek, Inv. Nr. 753 (Ertz/ Nitze-Ertz 2008-2010, Bd. II, Kat. 419 mit Abb.).

PREPARATION FOR THE WEDDING OF AMPHITRITE AND POSEIDON

Oil on canvas.
140 x 190 cm.

A report by Dr Klaus Ertz dated 20 July 2013 is enclosed. In his conclusion he admires the consistency with which the two different artists of different nationalities were able to combine the complex subject. He reaches the conclusion that the attribution should be "artwork by Hans Rottenhammer's (figures) and Jan Brueghel the Elder's (landscape) own hands, created ca. 1595 in Italy".

Provenance:
Verber collection, Seville, approx. for the past 80 - 100 years.
