Auf dem Deckel hochovales Medaillon mit Emailmalerei: Junge Frau in antiker Gewandung, an einen Säulenstumpf gelehnt, spendet eine Gabe an den Armorknaben mit verbundenen Augen und einem Hündchen. Das Medaillon von feiner Goldeinfassung umzogen. Im Leder bezogenen und mit Juchtenleder ausgekleidetem blauem Etui mit Innenaufdruck "Alexandre Reza/ Paris-Genève/ Monte-Carlo/ New York".
