Feine Louis XIV-Kommode

Aufbau in Hartholz, furniert in Amaranth und Ebenholz. Vergoldete Bronzeapplikationen und Messingeinlagen. Die prächtige Kommode in der Front dreischübig, auf über Eck gestellten Stollenfüßen mit kräftigem vergoldeten Bronzebeschlag. Die Schubfachfelder von fein ziselierten Bronzeprofilstäben umzogen und damit akzentuiert. Prächtig gearbeitete Schlossbeschläge und Zughenkel, teils durchbrochen gearbeitet, die Schlossschilder in Form von Bacchusmasken. Das feine Marketeriebild mit Ebenholzeinlagen und Messingstäben für die Rahmen, die Füllungen in Amaranth. Die Abdeckplatte den Konturen des Möbels folgend, eingelegt mit geometrischem Bandmuster in Ebenholz und Messing. Kein Schlüssel vorhanden. Rest. (1111137) (12)

Hardwood structure with amaranth and ebony veneer, gilt-bronze fittings and brass inlays. The magnificent commode features three drawers at the front on feet with rich gilt-bronze fittings. The drawers are edged and accentuated with finely chased bronze strips. Magnificently crafted lock fittings and handles, partially in open-work, with the lock plaques shaped like Bacchus masks. Fine marquetry image with ebony inlays and brass thread inlays for the frame and inlays in amaranth. The shape of the table top follows the outline of the commode and is inlaid with geometric strapwork in ebony and brass. Without key. Restored.
