Majolika-Teller mit flachem, außen gerundetem Spiegel und leicht gerundet ansteigender Fahne, auf cremeweißem Grund bemalt in Grün, Blau, Gelb, Mangan und Ocker. Im Spiegel Leda und der Schwan mit Amor und Nymphen in einer bewaldeten Uferlandschaft.

Anmerkung:
In der griechischen Sage verliebt Zeus sich in Leda und nähert sich ihr in der Gestalt eines Schwanes. Die Affäre gilt als bekanntester Seitensprung des Göttervaters. „Leda und der Schwan“ ist seit jeher ein beliebtes Motiv in der Kunst. (13019612) (10)
