Bronze, gegossen, dunkelbraun patiniert. Auf rechteckiger Basis die in breitbeiniger Pose stehende Figur eines Windhundes mit nach links gerichtetem Blick. Mit feinem Gespür für Bewegung und Charakter gestaltete Tofanari Wild- und Haustiere in Bronze, häufig in lebendiger naturalistischer Manier. Er gilt als einer der bedeutendsten Tierbildhauer Italiens im frühen 20. Jahrhundert. (1460585) (2) (13)
