Beigegeben eine Expertise von Fanny Guilon-Laffaille, Paris, 22. März 2018, die die Gouache in den in Vorbereitung befindlichen Supplementband zum Werksverzeichnis der Aquarelle, Gouachen und Pastelle von Raoul Dufy aufnehmen wird.

Blick von erhöhtem Standpunkt auf die Kirche mit blauen Dächern und den dahinterliegenden Kanal von Quillebeuf. Die Dargestellte römisch-katholische Kirche Notre-Dame wurde im 12. Jahrhundert errichtet. Der Chor der romanischen Kirche wurde Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts so erhöht, dass er die älteren Bauteile zu erdrücken scheint, besonders auffallend dabei der Vierungsturm.
