Von erhöhtem Standpunkt Blick auf eine weite Flusslandschaft, in deren Mittelpunkt eine dreibogige Steinbrücke steht, nach rechts vorbei an Felsen. Links der Brücke ein hoher rechteckiger Turm mit Anbauten, auf dem eine kleine Kapelle steht und von dem linksseitig, tiefer gelegen eine hängende Glocke erkennbar ist. Am breiten Ufer des Bildvordergrunds eine große Hirtenfamilie mit Kühen und Schafen, sowie einem kleinen Wagen. Im Hintergrund eine bergige Landschaft unter hohem blau-grauem Himmel, in dem ein hoher schmaler Baum ragt. Figurenreiche Darstellung in zurückhaltender Farbgebung. (14111222) (18)
