Delicate, antique brooch and pendant with central ruby, ca. 0.8 ct, with a surround of old-cut diamonds, ca. 0.7 ct, and further small emeralds, rubies, natural pearls and one sapphire in various cuts. Brooch mounting later and original pendant eyelet removed.
